Why don't the employees wash their hands on shift? Shouldn't there be a mandatory hand washing "time out" like there used to be in 2013? I thought food service practices had evolved, not devolved.
They have a time for every hour to remind them to wash their hands

This place is great. I know the people, it's recently been remodeled, soon the kids play area will be finished. Very modern.
